Butternut ‘Nutterbutter’ winter squash is a nutty and sweet medium butternut that averages 2.5lb per squash. Can be stored until January if kept under ideal conditions (see below).

Store squash in cool dark conditions as close as possible to 50ºF and 50% relative humidity for maximum storage time.
